The aluminium extrusion process uses a press to shape a hot aluminium billet by means of compression (around 500ºC). The profiles are subsequently placed into the hardening furnace to give them the maturity and hardness necessary for use.
Lacquering: Broad range of finishes: RAL colour chart, and two types of wood finish lacquer, EZY and colour sublimation.
It is becoming increasingly common for customers to request semi-processed profiles in order to use them directly in their end product with the least possible handling. To this end AV Alumitran, aware of this need, offers the possibility of ordering your machined profiles cut-to-size.
