We have reached an agreement to acquire a new 4,000-tons press, a strategic investment that represents a decisive step in our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Thanks to this installation, which is scheduled to come online in late 2026, we will increase our production capacity by more than 10,000 tons per year, significantly expanding our technical capabilities.
This is a clear commitment to growth in the most demanding industrial segment: a press of this type will enable us to manufacture large profiles, with sections of up to 420 mm and lengths of up to 15 metres, opening up new opportunities for sectors that require solutions outside the conventional standards.
A new 4,000-tons press will strengthen our technical capacity, expand our range of profiles and optimise our overall production flow.
This expansion will be accompanied by additional improvements, such as new heat treatment capabilities, which will further enhance the quality and versatility of our product range.
All of this will be integrated into the production flow in coordination with our lower-tonnage presses, through the automated stock and feeding system ‘Albatros’, which will optimise operational efficiency throughout the plant.
