AV Alumitran has just reopened its oldest vertical coating plant after a revamping process in which the line has been upgraded with the latest powder application technologies and the overall process has been improved.
The material loading and unloading systems have been replaced with more automated ones, the drying oven has been replaced with a higher-capacity one, and the line has been expanded with a second state-of-the-art coating booth, which further optimises the efficiency of the powder on the piece, facilitates cleaning, reduces colour change times, and allows for a better quality finished product.
Greater agility, precision and quality, thanks to automated flow through an advanced overhead crane system.

This eliminates the use of traditional overhead cranes operated by an operator, eliminates internal movement of materials between warehouses, and facilitates connections between different points in the factory, with greater fluidity and efficiency, improving quality due to less handling, improving deadlines and reducing costs.
